Help & FAQ

How can we help?

Quick answers to what fans ask most. Artist questions live on Become an artist.

What is Psalmr?
A ministry-first patronage platform for independent gospel artists. You can follow any artist free, or support them with a monthly gift that unlocks their full music library and supporter-only stories.
What do I get when I support an artist?
While your support is active you can stream the artist's full catalogue and read their supporter-only posts. Support is pay-what-you-want from $10/month, billed monthly or annually.
How much of my gift reaches the artist?
90% of your gift goes to the artist and Psalmr keeps 10%. A small card-processing fee is added on top at checkout — shown before you pay — so your gift arrives whole instead of being eaten by card fees.
What's a love-offering?
A one-time gift to an artist — like dropping something in the offering basket. It doesn't start a subscription or unlock ongoing access; it's simply a blessing, and the artist keeps 90% the same way.
How do I cancel or change my support?
Any time, from Settings → Subscriptions. Your support stops renewing and your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
We don’t prorate the remainder of a billing period, but genuine errors — like a duplicate charge — are refunded. See the Refund Policy for the details.
Where are my event tickets?
Under My tickets once you’re signed in. Show the ticket’s code at the door.
Can I use Psalmr as an app?
Yes — Psalmr installs straight from your browser. On iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android/desktop Chrome: use the Install prompt. You'll get the full-screen app with its own Home, Library and player.
I'm a gospel artist — how do I join?
Start at Become an artist — it’s free to join, you keep 90% of every gift, and the questions artists ask most are answered right on that page.
